Oven Baked Garlic Herb Fries
I've had my Oven Baked Steak Fries recipe on the blog for several years now and I make them about 2-3 times a month because we love them so much. And while I will always love the spices that it calls for, I decided to try something new. I love anything with garlic so I decided to try a few spices together and they turned out great! Oven fries can honestly be as crisp as you want, depending on how long you cook them for, and they always turn out great. Be sure to try either recipe!
Oven Baked Garlic Herb Fries
2 large russet potatoes, washed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. Cut each potato into fries. (I usually get about 50 fries per potato.)
3. Add potatoes to a large mixing bowl and pour in olive oil. Stir to combine. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, kosher salt and black pepper and stir until evenly coated.
4. Spread potatoes into a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes until desired crispness.
