Buttery Garlic Oven-Roasted Potatoes
Roasted potatoes always make one of the best sides in my opinion, but these roasted potatoes are next level! They are loaded with a delicious buttery garlic mixture that crisps them into perfection. You have to use Yukon gold potatoes in this recipe because they get perfectly crisp and almost creamy inside. The combination is amazing and I will be making these time and time again!
Buttery Garlic Oven-Roasted Potatoes
1 1/2 lbs. Yukon gold potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Place potato pieces in a bowl. Pour in olive oil and toss. In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle over potatoes and stir until evenly coated.
3. Pour prepared potatoes onto the baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes. Flip the potatoes halfway through. The potatoes are done when they golden brown and fork tender.
