Top Ten Most Popular Recipes of 2019
I love seeing what recipes were most popular on my site every year and this year I would have picked every single one of these recipes! So many yummy flavors and I've made most of them over and over again. Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you try some of these if you haven't already!
10. Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken with Homemade BBQ Sauce - I love that this recipe made the top ten because it's one of my favorites from this year! This homemade BBQ sauce makes this slow cooker chicken out of this world! So tender and delicious with the best smoky BBQ flavor. It makes for the perfect weeknight meal.
9. Pressure Cooker (or Slow Cooker) Lemon Chicken Noodle Soup - This soup is total comfort food and I've made it all year long! Chicken noodle soup is great on its own, but adding lemon takes it to a whole other level. The pressure cooker makes the chicken and veggies perfectly tender, but you can also make it in a slow cooker if you want to with the same result.
8. Chocolate-Drizzled Chewy Toffee Cookies - These cookies were some of my favorite that I made this year! The cookie is so good on its own because of how soft and chewy it is. I added a drizzle of chocolate and it made them even better. Such a great cookie!
7. Red Hot Crinkle Cookies - This is another great cookie recipe that is perfect for Valentine's Day or all year round if you're a cinnamon lover like me. You can make them with chewy or hard candy Red Hots and both give the cookie such an awesome flavor and texture. Be sure to make them soon!

6. Perfect Air Fryer Chicken Breasts - I fell in love with my air fryer this year and this recipe is one of the main reasons! It cooks the chicken PERFECTLY every single time and it's so nice when you only need to cook one or two chicken breasts. It's ridiculously easy, too!
5. The Best Scotcheroos - I know this is a bold statement, but these really are the best! The peanut butter/caramel mixture is perfectly chewy and is the perfect ratio to the Rice Krispies cereal. Add that chocolate/butterscotch layer on top and there's nothing better in my opinion!
4. Slow Cooker Smoky Honey Cilantro Chicken - This recipe made the top ten and for good reason! So much amazing flavor and it's all thrown into a slow cooker for the easiest meal ever. Serve this in tacos, rice bowls, burritos, etc. and your whole family will love it!
3. Hawaiian Guava Cake - I fell in love with guava in Hawaii a couple of years ago and apparently a lot of you love it, too! This cake is seriously incredible and is bursting with delicious guava flavor. I love how bright pink it is and it's perfect to bring to any kind of party.
2. Overnight Sourdough Waffles - I was able to get my own awesome sourdough starter earlier this year and made these waffles with it. They are so incredibly soft, but crispy on the outside, too. They have a slight tang, but it pairs so well with a little butter and syrup. You've got to try them!
And the most popular recipe of 2019 is...
1. Copycat Taco Time Crisp Meat Burritos - I LOVE that this is the top recipe of the year and by a landslide, too! I created these because there was no recipe for them online and I have to say they are pretty dang close to the original. The best part is they're baked not fried so they're healthier, too. So easy and delicious!
