My Favorite Recipes of 2019
Apparently I was really into making desserts this year and I made some of my best yet! I also fell in love with some awesome and easy dinners that anyone can make at home. I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I do!
White Chocolate Snickerdoodle Bars - This treat is basically me in dessert form. I remember biting into these for the first time and I could not stop talking about how good they were. Cinnamon sugar and white chocolate chips in a chewy snickerdoodle bar...need I say more??
Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken - This recipe calls for only THREE ingredients and you'd think it called for so many more! Such an easy dish to serve in tacos, burritos, quesadillas, rice bowls, etc. You can switch up the flavor depending on what salsa you choose, too. Such a great recipe!

Healthier Chocolate Fudge Bars - Healthier chocolate fudge?? Is this real life? These little bars made my year and they are so dang good! Made with healthier ingredients so you can get the satisfaction of a decadent treat without all the guilt.
Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs - I've already told you that my air fryer changed my life this year and this recipe is another one of the reasons why. It requires absolutely no water to make perfect hard boiled eggs every single time. It's a "set it and forget it" kind of recipe and it's one of the coolest things I tried this year.
Sopapilla Cheesecake - I have been wanting to try this recipe for years and finally got around to it! It only calls for 6 ingredients and the result is fantastic. Two layers of crispy, cinnamon sugar crust filled with the best cheesecake filling. It's perfect for any get together!
Taco Chili - This taco chili has so much flavor and is one of a kind! It makes for the best kind of comfort food and comes together in under 30 minutes, which makes it extra awesome. Be sure to make it on a cold, winter night as soon as possible!
Healthy Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins - We love banana muffins at our house, but the recipe I usually use calls for quite a bit of sugar. Enter these muffins that are only sweetened with honey and packed with protein. Everyone will love these soft and tender muffins!
Simple Cobb Salad - If there is one recipe that I could make over and over again without getting tired of it, it would be this simple cobb salad! I made this after wanting to use up some ingredients in my fridge and I can't get enough. How can you say no to bacon, cheese, boiled eggs and the freshest veggies??
Flourless Chocolate Cake with Fresh Raspberry Sauce and Whipped Cream - I made this for my husband's birthday this year and even though it was a bit of process, the result was unmatched. I was never much of a chocolate dessert person until I got older and this one literally takes the cake. And that homemade raspberry sauce and whipped cream on top?? Nothing better.
Biscoff Cookie Butter Ice Cream - I'm a cookie butter fan through and through and I wanted to make something new and delicious with it. This cookie butter ice cream is out of this world amazing. It has huge chunks of Biscoff cookies and decadent swirls of cookie butter. Once the warmer temps hit, you've got to make this dessert!
