Overnight Sourdough Waffles
I'm so excited to share this recipe with you guys! While I'm a complete newb when it comes to sourdough, this recipe was a great place to start. I received a well-loved sourdough starter from my cousin's friend and I had to try this recipe right away. It's so easy and the results are amazing! This batter can also be used to make pancakes as well, which would be just as good. The waffles are so crispy, fluffy and have the best tangy flavor. I would recommend them to anyone with a new or well-used sourdough starter!

2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk melted butter and egg until combined. Add to overnight batter.
3. Add the salt and baking soda, stirring to combine. The batter will be bubbly.
4. Preheat a greased waffle iron and bake according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

*This batter recipe can also be used to make pancakes.
I love these waffles! I even made them dairy free by using almond milk and dairy free butter. I'll definitely be making these again!
