Cheesy BBQ Bacon Grilled Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
olive oil
salt and pepper
1/2 - 1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (use more if desired)
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush chicken breasts with oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Grill chicken until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from grill and place on a baking sheet.
3. Evenly top each chicken breast with 2-3 Tbsp. of BBQ sauce, 1/4 cup of cheese and crumbled bacon.
4. Broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Be sure to watch so it doesn’t burn. Remove and serve warm.
