Wonton Chicken Salad
I'm so excited to share this simple yet delicious salad with you. It has the best flavor and is so easy to put together. All you need is some cooked chicken, wonton strips, lettuce and pantry ingredients for the dressing. It's all so good!
I love how fresh it tastes and also those wonton strips are everything. I found some garlic ginger flavored ones at my grocery store and I'm obsessed! They really add the best flavor. Be sure to add this salad to your next party menu!

Wonton Chicken Salad
Adapted from Chef in Training
10 oz. romaine lettuce
1-2 medium chicken breasts, cooked and thinly sliced (stovetop or oven)
wonton strips (about 3.5 oz.), I used this kind and loved them (find them in the produce department)
Dressing
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
pinch of cumin, garlic salt and ginger
1. Combine all dressing ingredients and mix well. (Shake or stir right before serving because ingredients may separate.)
2. In a large serving bowl, add lettuce, chicken and wonton strips. Toss well. Pour on as much dressing as desired. Store remaining dressing in the refrigerator.
