Mini Pizza Bread Bites
I saw a similar recipe for these pizza bites on Pinterest, but decided to switch it up a bit and make mine more like my spinach dip bread bowls.
These would be a perfect appetizer or a great kid pleaser because who doesn't love pizza? They are so easy to make and are completely addicting!

Mini Pizza Bread Bites
Makes 12 Bread Bowls
13.3 oz roll of refrigerated french bread loaf, (Simply Pillsbury works great)
3/4 cup pizza sauce
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (or as much as you desire)
About 12 pepperoni slices, quartered
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 12 muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray. Unroll package of french bread loaf and slice into 12 equal size slices, about 1 inch thick. Using your hands, press each slice into about a 3-inch round and then press into the bottom and up the sides of each muffin cup. Set aside.
2. Drop about 1 Tbsp. of pizza sauce onto each bread bite, top evenly with 1-2 Tbsp. of shredded cheese and place 4 pieces of pepperoni on top.
3. Bake for 15-17 minutes until just turning brown on edges. Remove and let cool for 3-5 minutes before eating.
