Horchata Steamer

I don't know about you, but I am all about anything creamy. Oh and anything with cinnamon. For some reason it seems to bring me comfort. Who knows why? Anyway, I decided to make this one night when I was craving some horchata. Have you ever had the stuff? It's heavenly. And while I would love to have made my own, I didn't want to wait to soak rice, etc so I made this steamer instead. I adapted this from my Cocoa Latte maker recipe book and added cinnamon for kicks. It turned out great and I definitely recommend it!

Horchata Steamer
Serves 2
2 cups milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Cinnamon/sugar (optional)

If you have a Cocoa Latte, add the ingredients into the machine and turn "ON." Otherwise, warm as you would hot chocolate in the microwave or on the stove. Pour into mugs and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Enjoy!
